• What is B2 Auctions?      We are an internet only auction company open to the general public.
  
• What kind of items does B2 Auctions sell?         We sell a variety of items including:  Automotive, Baby Items, Bed & Bath, Camping, Hunting, Fishing, Exercise Equipment, Sporting Goods, Toys, Furniture, Lawn & Garden, Home Improvement, Lighting, Tools, Kitchen, Small Appliances, Home Decor, Seasonal Items, Health & Beauty, Clothing, Accessories, Shoes, and more.

• Where does B2 get the items they sell?      We purchase overstock, liquidation, shelf pulls and returned goods from major retailers.

• Are the items new?     While many items we offer are brand new, some items may have been opened, have box damage, some cosmetic defect, missing pieces, may have been used or could be dirty or stained.

• Can we inspect the items prior to bidding?       No, we will inspect each item and list the condition in the item's description.

• Does B2 offer refunds?   NO - ALL SALES ARE FINAL, SO PLEASE READ THE ITEM'S DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY.

• Do you offer shipping?      No, all items must be picked up locally in Winnemucca, NV or we can deliver for a fee.

• How much is delivery?     We can deliver your items for an additional $15 minimum per invoice within 10 miles of our location. Deliveries over 10 miles will be charged a $15 minimum + an additional $1.50 per mile.

• When can I expect my delivery?     We will contact you to schedule a time to deliver.

• Can anyone bid?     You must be 18 years or older with a valid credit card to register to bid.

• Is there a fee to bid on items?     NO - bidding is free but there will be a 15% Buyers Premium added to all items won.

• How long does the auction run?     The auctions generally run from Tuesday and close on Sunday evenings.

• How will I know if I won?      Winning bidders will be emailed a copy of their invoice after the auction closes on Sunday night.

• When can I pick up the items that I won?     Pick-up days will be Monday and Tuesday following the close of auction from 10:00 am - 6:00pm.
